The 3D printer control board adopts an integrated design with a built-in processor, combining functions such as power switching and conversion, communication, data acquisition, control, and drive on a single circuit board.
The board provides a 24V power input and 24V, 12V, and 5V power outputs; an AC 220V power switch for resin heating; DC 24V power switches for motors, optical modules, terminals, and other components; communication interfaces including CAN, USB, RS-485, and RS-232; displacement, temperature, and pressure sensor interfaces; signal acquisition and processing circuits; threshold and sensing input interfaces; an emergency stop switch and safety relay control interface; a vacuum pump drive interface; power and lighting control buttons; as well as fan control and tri-color light alarm functions.
The 3D printer control board can be used in various industrial and consumer 3D printers.
