Product Description

This is a high-performance UVC-LED flow-through disinfection module. It utilizes imported UVC LED chips and is primarily designed to inhibit bacteria in flowing liquids. Featuring a compact design, the module incorporates high-quality stainless steel in its optical assembly and offers an IP67 protection rating for water-contact surfaces. It is suitable for applications such as water dispensers, water purification systems, humidifiers, and various fluid disinfection scenarios, operating stably within a temperature range of -30°C to 55°C. It ensures water safety, is mercury-free, and is easy to dispose of.

Testing Methods

1. UV Optical Power Test: Using an integrating sphere, the module's UV optical power output is tested to be greater than 110 mW.
2. UV Wavelength Range Test: Using an integrating sphere, the wavelength range is verified to be 270–280 nm.
3. Sealing Performance Test: Subjected to a water pressure of 1 kg while powered on for 30 seconds; no fogging occurs.
4. High/Low-Temperature Test: The product operates reliably within the temperature range of -30°C to 55°C and can be stored reliably within the range of -40°C to 85°C.

Safety Precautions

1. This product emits deep ultraviolet (DUV) light when powered on; such radiation is harmful to human skin and eyes. Avoid exposure to DUV light while the LED is operating. Appropriate protective measures—such as safety goggles and protective clothing—must be taken to shield the body; do not look directly at the UV light without proper eye protection. Do not look directly at the LED or into the beam path while it is in operation.
2. Looking directly at the DUV light emitted by this product with the naked eye is strictly prohibited at all times.
