Product Description

This is a compact UVC-LED sterilization module designed for static water applications. It utilizes imported UVC LED chips with a wavelength range of 270–280 nm, ensuring high sterilization efficiency. It is primarily used for bacterial inhibition in air and liquids. The module housing is constructed from PP5250T material, ensuring safety and reliability for direct use in drinking water equipment. Featuring a compact size and flexible design, the light source module boasts an IP67 protection rating; it effectively purifies drinking water that may have become contaminated due to uncleansed water dispenser reservoirs. It is suitable for point-of-use sterilization in small-scale water systems—such as water purifiers, water dispensers, ice makers, and humidifiers—and operates reliably with a long service life across a temperature range of -30°C to 55°C. It is safe for water contact, mercury-free, and easy to dispose of.

Testing Methods

1. UV Power Test: Using an integrating sphere, the module's UV power output is tested to be greater than 12 mW.
2. UV Wavelength Range Test: Using an integrating sphere, the wavelength range is verified to be 270–280 nm.
3. Sealing Performance Test: Subjected to 1 kg water pressure while powered on for 30 seconds; no fogging occurs.
4. High/Low-Temperature Test: The product operates reliably within the temperature range of -30°C to 55°C and can be stored reliably within the range of -40°C to 85°C.

Safety Warnings

1. This product emits deep ultraviolet (UV) light when powered on; such UV light is harmful to human skin and eyes. Avoid exposure to deep UV light while the LED is operating. Appropriate protective measures—such as safety goggles and protective clothing—must be taken; do not look directly at the UV light without protective eyewear. Do not look directly at the front of the LED or into the light beam while it is operating.
2. Looking directly at the deep UV light emitted by this product with the naked eye is strictly prohibited at all times.
